Passport and Visas Overview

A passport valid for at least 6 month after arrival and a visa (50€ if the stay does not exceed 90 days) are required for all foreigners, EU citizens, US and Canadian citizens. More informations on a website: www.visasenegal.snl


Local Health Conditions
The Yellow Fever inoculation and anti-malaria pills are recommended to visitors.

For those visiting the country off the beaten tracks and specially during the wet season, it is also recommended to update your vaccinations for : Hepatitis A and B, typhoid fever and meningitis, diphteria and tetanus.
